ITEMS
With a set of construction drawings of your
log home you get the following plans if applicable. In
our standard set of log home plans we offer the
following plans.
A cover sheet showing a 3-D view of
your log home to give you a realistic look at what your
finished log home should look like. The next sheet in
your log home plans is a foundation plan showing footing
and foundation wall sizes and layouts. The next one to
three pages will include your floor plans. The floor
plans show general wall layouts, kitchen layout,
plumbing and major mechanical layouts. Next in your set
of plans is a floor framing layout. This will help you
determine exactly what is needed to put the floor and
decks together. We include a loft framing plan showing
all members of this structure. Similar to the loft
framing plan is the roof framing plan. This plan shows
all structural members, as well as layout and geometry.
The next plans of your home are the elevations. These
show a straight-on look at your log home. This will
show all necessary measurements, as well as roof pitches
and floor heights. Generally we include a cross section
of you home, as well as a couple of 3-D views of your
